PINS National Neuro-Oncology Supplement 2025

The PINS National Neuro-Oncology Supplement 2025 (PINS–NNOS 2025) is a landmark publication produced by the Punjab Institute of Neurosciences (PINS), Lahore, the largest neurological healthcare facility in Pakistan. This inaugural national neuro-oncology supplement has been released in collaboration with the Pakistan Society of Neuro-Oncology (PASNO) and the Pakistan Academy of Neurological Surgeons (PANS).

The supplement has been published in the Pakistan Journal of Medical Sciences (PJMS) – the highest – impact factor medical journal of Pakistan, holding an Impact Factor of 1.7 (2025). The issue has been expertly curated under the leadership of Prof. Asif Bashir (Guest Editor), and the gracious support of Mr. Shaukat Ali Jawaid, Chief Editor, PJMS. Dr. Haseeb Mehmood Qadri deserves remarkable recognition. His superb organizational skills and a penchant for academia, particularly Neuro-Oncology, have transformed his once-inspired concept into an impactful reality. Their combined efforts ensured a high-quality scholarly supplement that spans the multidisciplinary domains of neurosurgery, neurology, neuroradiology, neuropathology, critical care, medical education, palliative care, and neuro-rehabilitation.

This remarkable national effort brings together contributions from leading academic and clinical institutions across Pakistan.
